3. Description of Service

Pombli is an AI-powered deal finder that helps users discover product deals and discounts from third-party retailers. We aggregate publicly available product information and present it through a conversational interface.

We do not sell products directly. When you click on a product link, you are redirected to the merchant's website where the purchase occurs under that merchant's own terms.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Usage Limits

Free (unauthenticated) users receive 5 searches. Registered users receive 10 searches per day with up to 3 follow-up responses per conversation. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

6. Affiliate Links

Product links on Pombli may contain affiliate tracking. This means we may earn a commission when you make a purchase through our links. The price you pay remains the same — there is no additional cost to you.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, prices, availability, and details may change. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any product listing. Always verify the final price and details on the merchant's website before purchasing.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (d) interfere with the Service's operation; (e) impersonate any person or entity.

The Pombli name, logo, mascot, and website design are the property of GALEONICA LLC. Product information and images belong to their respective merchants and are displayed for informational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pombli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GALEONICA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any purchase decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
